A full refund will be given if your cancellation is received 7 days or more before
the booked event/course.
Cancellations received 3 to 6 days before the event/course will be given a 50% refund.
No refund will be given if a cancellation is received 2 days or less before the event/course.
No refund will be given if you fail to attend or arrive late to the event/course.
Lateness disrupts the training/teaching as it is an inefficient start to the day,
it also causes dissatisfaction amongst delegates as they feel resentment due to them
arriving on time for the event/course and it leads to a reduction in learning as
delegates stressed about finishing on time.
For these reasons, you will be turned away if 5 or more minutes late, and no refund will be given.
MTT Training reserves the right to cancel an event/course if it proves necessary,
a full refund will be given in these circumstances.
